source: @toph3rguy Bench press has always been hard for me to go up in weight. The fact I’m having to do it all over again sucks. But I’m going to keep my head down and grind!!

UPDATE: I am staying around 200lbs. I need to up my protein/carbs. My goal is to be back at 230lbs by the end of the year.
